To add an Overtime Type you must be a 'Super User' .
- After signing in click Administration
- On the right hand side locate Overtime Types.
- Click Manage Overtime Types
- Company Overtime Types page > click Add New Overtime Type (located on the right hand side under the main navigation bar)
- New Overtime Type page > The page has two tabs.
Only the first tab is required to set up the overtime type, the other tab dictates which emails are sent out and to who they are sent, by default the User, Approver and Notifiers are set to receive all emails on Request, Approval / Decline and Cancellation.
Overtime Details
The Overtime Details tab allows you to customise the Overtime itself, such as allowing Lieu Time to be requested, or requiring Approval. For example;
- Type Name - Overtime
- Colour - Select a Colour
- Requires Approval - Does this need approving by the staff members Approver
- Lieu Time - Are staff allowed to request time in lieu to be added onto their Remaining Balances
- Notes Required - Are notes required to be entered on submission of Overtime.
- Available To - Who can actually request this type of Overtime in the system.
Email Settings
This area allows you to customise which Emails are sent out and to who, out of Staff, Approver and Notifiers.
- Email on Request - Select who may receive an email when requesting overtime
- Email on Approve - Select who may receive an email when approving / declining overtime
- Email on Cancel - Select who may receive an email when cancelling overtime.
