Prior to using WhosOff, we used spreadsheets and Outlook to manage our staff leave records, we started searching for alternative leave planning systems using search engines. We wanted a system that was easy to use, and reasonably priced, WhosOff matched our requirements.

WhosOff is easy to use and takes away the more manual elements of updating and recording on spreadsheets. Staff have to use it to obtain holiday therefore no days are agreed elsewhere and lost meaning additional holiday being taken.

WhosOff is fast to set up, has great reporting and everyone can use it simply and easily. I looked at other systems and this was one that looked easiest to use and most intuitive therefore reducing the time needed to ensure it was used correctly.
