Before we started using WhosOff we had an offline holiday system involving a spreadsheet which was manually administered by our HR administrator. This increasingly consumed her time as she had to field holiday allowance queries, record holiday`s, calculate overtime and answer management queries relating to holidays.
Using whosoff took all the manual holiday related tasks which occupied large amounts of our HR admins time and made them completely automated. Once setup it just runs itself allowing our HR Admin to concentrate on other tasks. The system has been a breath of fresh air and is provided at a competitive price compared to other solutions.
