Our core business is arranging car finance and vehicle supply. We work with an number of mainstream and specialist lenders and provide our customers with vehicles sourced from anywhere in the UK and delivered to their door or chosen from a local dealership.
Prior to using WhosOff we used a paper based system managed by departmental managers and the sick leave was managed by the payroll staff. However this could not provide any easy way of getting a centralised view of holiday booked/taken for all staff. Employees also had doubt regarding remaining entitlement, making the process of booking holiday painful and time consuming.It was also difficult to report on and compare absence.
