We are often being asked "Are you GDPR compliant?.. and if not, when will you be compliant:"
As of 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become law and businesses will need to comply with the regulations. So there is not really an option to not comply when it becomes a legal requirement!
We are committed to GDPR and our customers GDPR compliance. It was no surprise that GDPR was coming and therefore in preparation for this in September 2017, after taking specialist legal advice, we updated our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy to include our legal obligations under GDPR, including the clauses/principles related to data processing.
Our Terms and Conditions is the written contract between us - as the data processor, and our customers – as the data controllers.
